Hyatt Regency Saipan recently received a new 2017 Toyota Tacoma TMAX Pre-Runner with a suggested retail value of $26,699 as a hole-in-one prize at the Hyatt Regency Saipan Charity Golf Classic.

The new Toyota 2017 Pre-Runner will be located at hole 13 and will go to one lucky golfer on the day of the tournament, April 7, 2018.

Atkins Kroll Saipan’s contribution of the 2017 Toyota Pre-Runner qualifies the company as a Platinum event partner, the highest partnership level across the tournament.

The donation will aid Hyatt beneficiaries this year’s:

– Make-A-Wish Foundation of Guam and CNMI, aiding them in their mission to grant wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses;

– CNMI Salvation Army, aiding them in extending the reach of their soup kitchen and food bank for the CNMI;

– CNMI Center for Living Independently as they ensure the rights of people with disabilities to live independently and fully integrate within the community, outside of an institutional care setting;

– 670 Sonics Basketball Association in their effort to provide the youth of Saipan a safe haven through the game of basketball while developing their character, teamwork and leadership skills as a whole person;

– Dandan Middle School STEM and Garden Club, which supports middle school students with the development and maintenance of their school’s food production garden using hydroponics, aquaponics, raised bed planting, chicken raising/breeding as well as experimenting in solar thermal energy uses; and

– Saipan Paddling Club, aiding the club in expanding through the purchase of new equipment such as an outrigger canoe for upcoming competitions.

“We are excited to partner again with the Charity Golf Classic and support our local community,” said Atkins Kroll Saipan general manager Glen Perez. “Caring for our community is a theme that resonates with the Atkins Kroll Saipan team and this year we are proud to once again offer Saipan’s most popular light truck as a hole- in-one prize for the 22nd Annual Hyatt Regency Saipan Charity Golf Classic. Best of luck on the greens to all the participants in this highly popular annual event!”

Hyatt general manager Nick K. Nishikawa said that 2018 marks the 22nd anniversary of the charity golf classic.

“We are grateful for Atkins Kroll Saipan’s generous donation. We hope one lucky golf player makes that shot on the green this April 7 and gets to drive the new Toyota Pre-Runner home. The support of Atkins Kroll alongside other event sponsors is what makes our mission of caring for our community possible,” said Nishikawa.

Since 1967, Atkins Kroll Saipan has served the area, first as a wholesale/retail operation providing various products to Saipan and the surround Micronesian Islands. Now, Atkins Kroll Saipan shifted its focus to the automotive market, boasting a vast inventory of new Toyota cars, as well as Scion, Chevrolet, and Lexus models. (PR)
