The Commonwealth Cancer Association kicks off Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month today with a roadside waving and a health walk.

The month of March was proclaimed Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month last Feb. 22. The entire month will feature activities that promote health, wellness, and colorectal cancer awareness.

To kick off their monthlong activities, CCA will host a roadside waving that will start at 4pm today and will end at 4:30pm. The Health Walk that will start from the Garapan Public Market up until Quartermaster Road and back will start right after, from 4:30pm to 6pm.

CCA is urging the entire community to take part in spreading awareness about colorectal cancer while also having a good time with friends, family, and others.
