Guam governor orders 32-hour workweek

I have not worked for the government of Guam since 2012. However, they forgot to take me off their mailing list. They have been sending me announcements that GovGuam’s workweek is cut to 32 hours effective Tuesday, March 6. I am so glad I moved to Saipan in 2013.

I just want to say that Saipan is much better at self-government than Guam. Most people do not believe me when I say this, but I can tell you from experience that Saipan is much better at running itself and Guam is having many more problems.
