Practice round discounts for NMC tourney players

Golfers who have registered to play at the Northern Marianas College Foundation’s Golf Open on March 3, 2018, can take advantage of discounted practice rounds at Saipan Laolao Bay Golf & Resort.
The discounted rate of $40 can be applied anytime, morning or afternoon, between Monday Feb. 26, 2018 and Friday, March 2, 2018. The regular rate for playing a round of golf during the morning is $50.
“We are happy to support the NMC Foundation and its tournament players by offering this discounted rate,” said Franco Santos, Saipan Laolao Bay local market developer.
The 15th Annual NMC Foundation Open golf tournament will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at the Saipan Laolao Bay Golf & Resort (west course). Showtime is at 6am and the shotgun start will be at 7am. The tournament will follow a medal play format.
First place winners in the men’s Championship, A, B, C, Senior, and Ladies Flights will each receive $500, while $300 and $200 will go to the second and third place finishers, respectively.
Hole-in-one prizes include a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Atkins Kroll Saipan, a 2017 Honda HR-V from Joeten Motors, $10,000 in cash from Marianas Insurance Co., and $5,000 in cash from Pacifica Insurance. The tournament will also feature many other items such as raffle prizes like smartphones, hotel stays, meal gift certificates, and much more.
