Bridge Capital, LLC recently renewed its sponsorship of a garbage bin located on Mt. Tapochao under the Micronesia Islands Nature Alliance’s Adopt-A-Bin program.

Bridge Capital’s sponsorship of the recycling bin is for the third consecutive year.

Presenting the check on behalf of Bridge Capital were Tucker Baldwin, chief operations officer, and Tania Mesa, administrative and human resources manager.

Mesa also coordinates the bi-annual cleanup on Mt. Tapochao as part of their bin sponsorship commitment.

On hand for the presentation of this year’s sponsorship were MINA board members Dave Guerrero, Somia Quan, and Fran Castro, together with MINA executive director Roberta Guerrero.

The Adopt-a-Bin program strives to prevent harm to living marine resources by reducing the amount of land-based sources of marine debris. Sponsors’ participation in the program enables implementation of this valuable service to the island community, promotes an island culture of recycling, and removes thousands of mixed waste and recyclable items along coastal areas.
