Distribution of 2017 W2-CM, Annual Reconciliation forms on Dec. 22

This is to advise all employers that the Division of Revenue and Taxation, Department of Finance will begin distributing the 2017 W2-CM and Annual Reconciliation forms and instructions on Friday, Dec. 22, 2017.

Businesses, employers, and all payroll service providers are encouraged to reserve forms needed by calling the Administration Office of the Division of Revenue and Taxation at 664-1000, 664-1098 or via fax at 664-1015.

Forms will be available for pick-up from the Compliance Branch or main office located in the Joeten Dandan Building.

Employers are also reminded that forms are required to be filed at Revenue and Taxation by Feb. 28, 2018. (PR)
