Art of War returns this month
Trench Tech promotions will be holding The Art if War 12 on Dec. 30, Saturday, at the Trench Tech Gym at the 2nd Level Mihaville Housing-Sugar King Estates.
The one-day submission and grappling fighting challenge will run from 9am to 4pm. Registration fee is $20.
Trench Tech owner Cuki Alvarez is looking for interested Brazilian Jiu-jitsu practitioners and other grapplers and submission fighters to join the tournament. Those who want to compete could call or text 783-4MMA (4662) and give their name and weight.
Alvarez said that interested grapplers that would want to join AOW 12—brought to you by Trench Tech Purebred Saipan, Monster Energy, Hagu Next, Purebred, IT&E, Hertz, and Mango Resort—should stay tune for more details. In other news, Steve Roberto of Purebred BJJ Guam will be visiting Saipan next weekend and will be on island from Dec. 15 to 17.
Alvarez is inviting TrenchTech gym members to join the three-day training with Roberto as stripe and belt promotions will also take place next week. A $4 drop-in fee will be charged to gi players who are non-members.
