Comments sought for PA memo on Marine Corps’ relocation to Guam
PITI, Guam—Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas announced Friday the availability of a Programmatic Agreement Memo for public review and comments through Dec. 4, 2017.
This 45-day public comment period is for PA Memo 1a, which is specific to the determination of effects of the Northern Ungulate Fence for Forest Enhancement on Guam for project J-001B, the Marine Corps main cantonment on Naval Computer Telecommunication Station at Finegayan, Guam. The purpose of this project is to provide ungulate control fencing to meet the obligation for forest enhancement in the North Finegayan area. This is PA Memo 1a for this project, having previously addressed comments from the Guam Historic Preservation Office on PA Memo 1.
