The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and the State Rehabilitation Council, in collaboration with the San Diego State University Research Foundation’s Interwork Institute, are conducting a comprehensive needs assessment of the vocational rehabilitation needs of individuals with disabilities in the CNMI.

Former, current, or potential consumers of OVR services are encouraged to provide their input into this needs assessment by participating in an online survey. It should take no more than 20 to 25 minutes to complete the survey. Please complete the survey by Nov. 17, 2017. The survey is completely anonymous. You will not be asked for your name anywhere on the survey.

You can access the survey at the following link: https://sdsu.co1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_dfYTycK3KGdRhml&Q_JFE=0

“We appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey. Your feedback is important to us and will help OVR to more effectively meet the needs of people with disabilities in the CNMI. Thank you for participating,” OVR said in a statement.

If you have no access to the Internet but would still like to take the survey, call OVR at 322-6537/38 to request for a paper survey. (PR)
