With the increase of business development on our island, this training seminar will allow participants to retain and grow client relationships by having meaningful conversations, to ask key questions that engage, and be able to model appropriate gestures to provide a meaningful experience.
Participants will also learn how to upsell, cross-sell, and suggestive sell. These are essential practices that successful retail businesses use in their establishments. Although, we are experiencing a competitive workforce and an even more demanding consumer base, your employees can learn to elevate the level of your company’s customer service by acquiring concepts that can be implemented immediately for personal and business success.

The seminar will take place at the Saipan Chamber of Commerce conference room (Marianas Business Plaza, third floor, Suite 315) on Thursday, Nov.16, from 9am to 12pm. Registration fee is $50 per person for Chamber members and $55 per person for non-members. Reservations and advance payment are required, as seating is limited. Light refreshments are included.
