HAGATNA, Guam—Bank of Guam management has announced the consolidation of its Santa Cruz branch with the Hagatna branch effective Monday, Dec. 11, 2017, 45 years to the day that Bank of Guam opened its doors to the temporary modular facility adjacent to the same site in 1972.

Board chair, president and chief executive officer Lou A. Leon Guerrero stated, “The consolidation allows us to have a more unified capital city presence, while continuing to upgrade our services throughout the island and region.”

“We will be reaching out to our customers to assure them that the transition will be seamless and our Santa Cruz employees will remain with the Bank of Guam. We look forward to welcoming those who have frequented our Santa Cruz facility to whatever other branch they choose to use.”

The Bank of Guam is celebrating 45 years of operation throughout its 23 branches in Guam, the CNMI, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, and San Francisco, California. (PR)
