McDonald’s Saipan gave a special dinner treat to its Employees of the Quarter to recognize their hard work and provide them with an incentive that also allowed company officials to know them more.
The dinner treat at the Hyatt Regency Saipan’s Tepanyaki Restaurant took place last Tuesday, Aug. 29, and was also a part of McDonald’s reward program for outstanding employees.
The dinner is being hoped to give these employees a chance to know their organization leaders better. They were joined at dinner by McDonald’s president and CEO Jose C. Ayuyu, owner/operator Marcia E. Ayuyu, and restaurant general manager Joe E. Ayuyu Jr.
