How to improve your company’s OSHA standards

Mario Valentino of Triple J Saipan will speak at the Society for Human Resource Management NMI Chapter meeting on June 29 about the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration laws and what must be done by a company to ensure the safety of their employees, clients and facilities.

Valentino has over 25 years of construction experience and has received numerous awards for his accomplishments. He manages construction operations for Triple J Saipan Inc. His responsibilities include serving as the superintendent of construction for the Surf Rider Hotel and Great Harvest Bakery, as well as managing the maintenance for all Triple J restaurants and other Triple J operations on Saipan.

Valentino, who will focus on the topic of raising the level of standards in one’s OSHA program, will share his passion for workplace safety and training that has resulted in zero fatalities and zero serious injuries under his leadership.

Valentino will also provide a checklist that will help employers ensure safety and meet OSHA inspection standards.

This lunch meeting will be held at the Pacific Islands Club’s Charley’s Cabaret on Thursday, June 29, 2017, from 11:30am to 1:30pm.

The presentation is open to the public and will be an invaluable opportunity for employers, managers, and HR professionals and staff to better understand OSHA requirements and their responsibilities. Valentino will provide an opportunity for questions.
