Letter of appreciation

I would like to take this opportunity to convey my heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Vanessa Fitial from CUC’s Financial Accounts Management for taking the time on Thursday, Feb. 2, to resolve the dilemma concerning the disconnection of water for Retsa Horizon Apartments located on Pila Drive, Sadog Tasi.
Disconnected for two days without any explanation or notice from CUC, we were compelled to purchase 3,000 gallons of water to temporarily accommodate the needs of our tenants. Needless to say, most government employees would have referred the case to another person than to take the initiative to do the right thing and settle the dispute amicably. After using up five hours of her time that day, Ms. Fitial was very instrumental in turning the water back on in the evening.
Thank you again, on behalf of the tenants residing at Retsa Horizon Apartments, for your undivided attention and courtesy you have unselfishly extended to me that day! We certainly need more people like you to better serve the public. Keep up the good work, and God bless you for making my day!
