Environment conference registration now open
The 29th Pacific Islands Environmental Conference, which will be held on June 13-15, 2017, at the Saipan World Resort, is now open for registration.
The theme of this year’s conference is “A Sustainable Pacific: Preparing for Change, Voyaging with Knowledge.” The conference agenda will focus on climate change and island resilience, approaches to sustainable development, and the connections between public health and the environment. The conference will feature distinguished professionals from the U.S. mainland and Pacific region. This will be an excellent opportunity for the community to learn from experts on environmental management in other jurisdictions.
More information about the conference can be found at http://deq.gov.mp. The conference registration fee is $50 for the three days, or $20 for one day. Register now as prices will increase at the door and space is limited!
General admission at the door will be $75 for the three days, or $30 for one-day admission. If you would like more information, visit the conference website at https://www.regonline.com/29PIECSAIPAN. (PR)
