Four to battle for the title of ‘Saipan’s Next Top Chef’

Which chef will be the winner of this year’s “Saipan’s Next Top Chef Competition”? Whose dish, prepared with Angus certified beef and other local ingredients, will be the best tasting and best presented in this year’s edition of the competition?

Find out this Saturday, July 28, 2012, at the PIC Charley’s Cabaret. The doors open at 1:30pm and seating is limited.

Chef Peter Duenas will host the event, organized by the Empty Vessel Ministry Foundation. With 20 years of culinary experience in Classical French, Italian, Mediterranean and Asian cuisines, Chef Peter is featured on the cooking segments of the Outdoor Chef TV program.

Empty Vessel Ministry Foundation’s mission is to raise funds to support women, children, and families in need on Saipan, Kenya, the Philippines, and Bangladesh by inspiring, empowering, and providing necessary tools to help them find financial solvency. Volunteers are advocates who donate their time and effort to support the charitable programs.
