The Hyatt Regency Saipan 21st Annual Charity Golf Classic received a Toyota 2017 Pre-Runner 4×4 access cab, standard transmission and 4 cylinders with a manufacturer’s value of $34,699.

This brand new Toyota 2017 Pre-Runner will be located in hole No. 13 as a hole-in-one prize for one lucky golfer on the day of the tournament on April 22, 2017. Atkins-Kroll’s contribution of the 2017 Toyota Pre-Runner qualifies the company as a Platinum event partner—the highest partnership level across the tournament.

Proceeds from the event will go to support the six beneficiaries in their mission to improve the quality of life for those within our island community. The Make-A-Wish Foundation, aiding them in their mission to grant wishes to children with life-threatening diseases; Kagman High School Million Dollar Club, supporting CNMI high school students in preparation and travel to higher education; Marianas Behavioral Health International, a rehabilitation center dedicated to provide support for those who want to make a positive change in their lives; Karidat Social Services, a local organization supporting the needs of the community; Empty Vessel Ministry Foundation, which assists impoverished women and children of the CNMI; and the Northern Marianas Humanities Council with a goal to focus on supporting the education of indigenous cultures of the CNMI.

With generous donations from event sponsors, the Hyatt Regency Saipan 21st Annual Charity Golf Classic has an array of prizes from designer handbags to high-end golf gear to hole-in-one prizes as the 2017 Toyota Pre-Runner to round-trip tickets to Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and Europe that will be paired with hotel nights at other Hyatt and Hyatt Regency hotels. Prize and packages one may not find at any other tournament.

At Hyatt, the belief in fulfilling our purpose first begins with caring for others so they can be their best—at work and beyond. That is at the core of the Hyatt Regency Saipan Charity Golf Classic, because there is no better place to start to care for others than within our own community. Hyatt Regency Saipan is grateful for the continual support from Atkins-Kroll Saipan for sharing in the mission of caring for others beginning with the island community.

“The mission of Hyatt—to care for others in our community is one Atkins-Kroll Saipan shares. We strongly believe in community involvement. After all, it’s what keeps our economy thriving. Learning there are six beneficiaries for the tournament this year, and, each a nonprofit organization with a purpose to improve the quality of life of members in our community. This was an opportunity we could not pass. Here at AK Saipan we are proud to offer the most popular light truck on the island as a hole-in-one prize for this year’s 21st Annual Charity Golf Classic. We commend Hyatt Regency Saipan for their dedication on an annual basis to organize a noteworthy charitable golf tournament and by far one of the most popular events on island for golfers. Best of luck to each golfer on the greens!” said Doug Brennan, general manager of Atkins-Kroll Saipan.

When Atkins-Kroll Saipan first opened its doors in 1967 the company supplied various products to Micronesia. Seeing a need for automobiles on the island of Saipan and Micronesia, Atkins-Kroll Saipan shifted its focus and established itself in the automotive market holding the brand names of Toyota cars—Scion, Chevrolet, and Lexus. Nevertheless, from the inception until today, Aktins-Kroll Saipan’s main focus is customer service more so customer satisfaction and that is why many on island are repeat customers of Aktins-Kroll Saipan, not only the reliable brand name vehicles they retail but the customer relation and satisfaction.

“This year is a significant year for us as a part of the Charity Golf Classic; it marks our 21st anniversary, and, we are grateful for the support of Atkins-Kroll Saipan for their generous donation. We hope one lucky golfer makes that shot on the greens come the 22nd of April and gets to drive the new Toyota Pre-Runner home. The support of Atkins-Kroll alongside other event sponsors is what makes our mission of caring for our community possible,” said Hyatt Regency Saipan general manager Nick K. Nishikawa.

Early Bird registration is open until Monday, April 17, 2016 at 4pm for a rate of $100 per golfer. Hyatt Regency Saipan will hold its 21st Annual Charity Golf Classic event at Laolao Bay Golf and Resort West Course.
