Lunar New Year at the Hyatt
Step into the new year of 2017 with your best foot forward and join us as we celebrate the Lunar New Year and the International Day of Italian Cuisine. Savor in the exquisite taste of Shanghai as guest chef Tim Zhu from Hyatt Regency Shanghai Wujiaochang prepares traditional Chinese delicacies in celebration of the Year of the Rooster. The culinary team at Hyatt Regency Saipan is proud to work alongside Zhu, whose culinary experience spans over 20 years. The Lunar New Year dinner buffet extravaganza will be held for three nights only, commencing Thursday, Jan. 26, to Saturday, Jan. 28, from 6pm to 9pm at Kili Café & Terrace.
