Celebration options for New Year’s Eve
Unsure of where and how to send off 2016 with a bang? Thankfully, several hotels have the people covered with New Year’s Eve specials of their own.

Hyatt Regency Saipan is throwing a Grand New Year’s Eve Dinner from 6pm to 9pm. Buffet includes free premium wine, sparkling wine, beer, iced tea, and soft drinks at $80 per person, $60 per Club at the Hyatt member, and $40 per child 6-12. The beachfront countdown will be from 10pm to 1:30am and offers champagne and fireworks display, along with a raffle drawing every hour.
Mariana Resort and Spa is also hosting their own countdown party from 9pm to 12am. Dinner buffet with an open bar is up for grabs at $50 per adult, $25 for children 4-11. Local discount brings down the cost to $40 per adult and $20 per children 4-11. Entertainment will be available all night with fireworks at 12am.
Club C wants the public to start the New Year with extra money in their pockets, thanks to their raffle giveaway from 8:30pm until midnight. Prizes start from $250 up to $900 and raffle drawings are every half-hour. Play maximum bets on the Hotshots for a chance to win the jackpot of $12,660.
Pacific Islands Club Saipan offers a huge buffet with all the cocktails you can drink for $130 per person. Locals get a 20-percent discount with the option of solely having cocktails for $70 per adult and $15 for children. A special entertainment will be available throughout the night and fireworks will be on display at midnight.
Grandvrio Resort Saipan is holding a barbecue dinner buffet for $39 per head, $35 for locals. The Tropicana will offer a seafood dinner buffet for $35 per head, $25 for locals. Entertainment will be ongoing throughout the night and fireworks are expected 12am.
Aqua Resort Club’s New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner Buffet goes for $42 per adult and $20 for children 6-11. The party starts at 9pm and ends at midnight; no entrance fee required. The New Year offers entertainment throughout the evening as well as fireworks at the end.
With a countdown party of its own, Kensington offers free champagne and other beverages from 10:30pm to 1am. Raffle prizes will also be available on site for the duration of the event.
Fiesta Resort and Spa Saipan has its New Year’s Eve Special of seafood and roast beef dinner buffet with free red and white wine along with American beer or soda. The dinner goes from 6pm to 9:30pm and costs $60 per adult and $30 per child 4-11. Their dinner show is also available from 6pm to 1am and offers free wine, American beer and juice for $90 per adult and $45 for children 4-11. Cocktail party will only be at 10pm at $50 per adult or child.
