A day made bright
Cultural Day is always a happy day. Many man’amko’s memories store all those golden days of their youth, when they were young and strong. Best Sunshine made it possible once more with their very well delivered Cultural Day effort. Thanks to them.
Under their design, all decorated with flowers and other ornaments, our congregation hall looked solemn and neat. Holding in my arms my better half, all dressed in our wedding attire, and dancing one of our beloved dances returned us back to our honeymoon times. I felt like I was getting married to her again!
The man’amko’s respected and beloved Ms. Masako performed her Okinawan dance under the bright and original Japanese lady cloth, with proper Japanese music. The gathering enjoyed it a lot.
Rosalia Sablan and our King Assuncion danced to a Philippines folk music and earned people’s kudos. Maria Salinas, Darling Cabrera and Maria Wankit showed their beautiful attire and lots of photos were taken,
Trukese fellows Sanny and Ms. Flora showed us the beauty of their national dance. Others had on nicely designed clothes. The remarkable food was delivered by a respectful sponsor. The man’amko also appreciated lawmakers Ed Propst, Roman Benavente, and Edmond Villagomez who visited us, showing their respect to us.
Maybe I have been talking of Cultural Day a little too much. Our thanks go to the nice sponsors from Best Sunshine. We appreciated your being with us!
