‘Rhythms of Grace’ to celebrate 30th year of GCA
Grace Christian Academy will be holding a concert called “Rhythms of Grace” today at the American Memorial Park. It will begin at 6pm but attendees are encouraged to be at the site by 5:3pm. The concert is free.
The concert is being held under the supervision of youth pastor Roby Pamintuan, who is in charge of GCA chapel services, held every Monday. Pamintuan is also with “Youth on The Rock,” a band consisting of students. The band performs every Friday at 4:30pm.
“Basically we will be playing an extended list of songs followed up by our guest speaker coming out for words of encouragement. The band from ‘Youth on The Rock” will also be there to play a couple songs,” said Pamintuan.
The guest speaker is Mike Rodgers from Kentucky.
“We are celebrating the 30th year anniversary of GCA,” Pamintuan said. “Also, it’s a way to reach out to our community with the message of ‘hope’ because there are a lot of broken or hurting people looking for a second chance. We also want to offer a place for families to just relax and start the weekend well.”
