Democratic Party extends deadline for filing of candidacy
The Democratic Party of the Northern Marianas has extended the deadline to file letters of intent of candidacy to run for any elected office in the 2012 election. Any person wishing to run under the Democratic Party of the Northern Marianas is encouraged to file with the party his or her letter of candidacy. Sen. Pete Reyes on Marianas Agupa
This Saturday, July 13, 2012, Marianas Agupa will feature Sen. Pete Reyes of the 17th Northern Marianas Commonwealth Legislature. The show is from 9am to 11:00am on Magic 100.3 FM. Listeners on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota and those listening via streaming are encouraged to call in and ask questions during the show (direct to studio at 234-5929 or use Marianas Agupa’s Facebook Account via instant messaging).
The Chamorro radio talk show program is hosted by Glenn H. Manglona and features reports by former mayor Joseph S. Inos, Rota correspondent Thomas D. Mendiola, Tinian correspondent David M. Cing, and a special segment called Hafa Mohon with Juanita Mendiola. Simultaneous Internet streaming via www.magic100radio.com will be available. (PR)

The American Memorial Park presents family-friendly films twice a day for free every Friday, at 2pm and 6pm, in the Visitors Center auditorium.

The CNMI Small Business Development Center, in partnership with the Saipan Chamber of Commerce, presents the free workshop “How to market your business” on July 13, 2012, from 9am to 11am, at the Saipan Chamber of Commerce office on the first floor of the Familia Building in Garapan.
