Police classifies death as suicide

On Monday, July 2, 2012, at about 2:56pm, a missing persons report was filed at DPS Central. The missing person reported was 20-year-old local male, Vincent R. Deleon Guerrero.

Deleon Guerrero was last seen Friday evening, June 29, 2012, at about 11pm, at his residence located on Capitol Hill.

Last Monday, July 2, at 6:17pm, police discovered the remains of Deleon Guerrero hanging from a tree in the jungle near his residence. The remains were transported to the Commonwealth Health Center where Deleon Guerrero was pronounced dead at 7:47pm by Dr. Gregory Kotheimer.

No sign of foul play was established. The case is classified as a suicide. (DPS)
