The Bikers Association of Tinian would like to congratulate Jonathan and Kelvin Wolf for their successful participation in the recent 2016 National Tournament of Speech and Debate in Salt Lake City, Utah.

In his first-ever trip to the weeklong tournament, Jonathan won first place in the Declamation category in the junior high school division—a first for the CNMI.

The Dan Dan Middle School student also placed third in the nation in the category of Humorous Interpretation.

Kelvin, meanwhile, finished in the Top 40 in the Storytelling category in the high school division.

BAT president John “Dawn” Sarmiento, vice president Richard Lazaro, and secretary Ian Pascua are very proud of the Wolf boys as the Tinian-based cycling organization have become close to them due to Jonathan and Kelvin’s volunteer work in their races.
