Labor helping youth find summer employment

The CNMI Department of Labor Work Investment Agency Division is busy certifying summer youth employment and training applications.

Close to 200 CNMI youths will be working for this year’s 2016 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act summer youth program.

Department of Community and Cultural Affairs’ Division of Youth Services in partnership with the CNMI Department of Labor WIA Division will also be leveraging their federal youth resources again for this year’s program. The administration of Gov. Ralph DLG Torres and Lt. Gov. Victor Hocog is proud to see its CNMI youths gaining work experience and remains committed in investing in the CNMI’s youth programs.
