Energy awareness drive begins next week
The Division of Energy will be kicking off its first Energy Awareness Campaign for 2012 on Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, with two sessions (morning or afternoon) and on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, with one morning session only at the Pacific Island Club.
This event will provide the residential community tips on how to conserve energy at home and how to save money using energy efficient products that carry the Energy Star label. This event will educate the community on the importance of energy conservation in the CNMI.
Due to limited seating, interested individuals must pre-register with the CNMI Energy Division office to confirm attendance and seating by Feb. 16, 2012, from 7:30am to 4:30pm. In addition, registered attendees will be required to present a copy of their most recent utility bill, in their names, to be allowed to participate in the scheduled sessions.
The schedule of events is as follows:

1st session: 8am to 11am
2nd session: 1pm to 4pm
