GreenStay soft opening an immediate hit

It is an immediate hit after GreenStay’s soft opening last Saturday, June 25.
“Sixteen out of 30 clients who have been invited to the GreenStay office have signed the deposit contract during the past five days, we are calling to invite more clients to come,” said Cyril Song, sales account manager of Skywalker Holdings Company.
Vincente Laniyo, on opening day last Saturday, was GreenStay’s first buyer after signing the house purchasing agreement becoming the first potential GreenStay family. SHC is hoping to finish the Laniyos’ new fully furnished house before Aug. 2, the first year anniversary of Typhoon Soudelor.
According to Song, GreenStay sales consultants are calling to make appointments with all the existing clients from Phase I. GreenStay manages to extend to 6pm and weekend as well for the convenience of those who are busy during work hours on weekdays.
“GreenStay has five sales consultants that are ready for receiving all the clients,” Song said. “When you come to the GreenStay office, your personal sales consultant will tour you around the office, give you more information about GreenStay, and hand out exquisite gifts as an appreciation for our clients.”
“After being seated, your personal sales consultant will be addressing all your questions and concerns, giving suggestions based on your own situation and helping you get your dream house.” Song added.
Once the deposit is signed, GreenStay engineers shall conduct land inspection to test whether it is applicable for construction. At that time, the clients can start applying for a bank loan and insurance coverage with the assistance from your personal sales consultant.
