Lucky patrons treated to free movie tickets

A total of 18 individuals won four free movie tickets each in the Aloha Maid & Royal Mill 3D Summer Movie Premier Promo. The winners and each of their three companions watched the premiere of Independence Day: Resurgence last Thursday night at Regal Cinema Saipan.
The winners also received $30 worth of gift cards. The movie promo requires an individual to buy six packs of Aloha Mai or four packs of Royal Mill to get a chance to earn one entry for the chance to win free movie passes.
Jolena Kitano, one of the winners, said that her mother told her about the promo. She added that she was happy and excited to be among the first ones on Saipan to get the chance to watch the movie.
Kitano said the movie’s main theme was about independence and the value of being free.
Another winner said she’s psyched to watch the film since it has been 20 years since the first movie was shown. She found out about the promo in a nearby store and said that it looked interesting so she decided to join.
Independence Day: Resurgence is a sequel to Independence Day that was released two decades ago.
The movie stars Jeff Goldblum, Liam Hemsworth, Bill Pullman, Vivica Fox, Maika Monroe, Judd Hisch, and many more. Independence Day: Resurgence is now showing at Regal Saipan
