Best Sunshine supports PRIDE Marianas

Best Sunshine International, Ltd. became one of the pioneering supporters of PRIDE Marianas, a new non-profit LGBT organization in the CNMI that was established very recently.
BSI-Corporate Social Responsibility executive director Geri Dela Cruz along with her team represented the company in donating $2,000 to the organization. Receiving on behalf of PRIDE Marianas were Jack Kiyoshi, vice president; Odin Garces, member; Jerry Pangelinan, member; and Frankie Elliptico, president.
Today, a proclamation will be signed that will formally dedicate PRIDE Week which will be followed by the PRIDE Marianas grand event tonight at the Warehouse.
Eliptico said the donation will be utilized to defray the cost related to putting on the launch of the new non-profit organization as well as expenses for tonight’s big celebration.
“I want to express our very deep appreciation to Geri Dela Cruz and the management at Best Sunshine. I’d also like to thank the CSR team who has been helping us with not just resources, but also, those who have been on the ground putting the event together and promoting the event,” Eliptico said.
He added, “As a brand new non-profit organization, we have very limited resources so the assistance, help, and expertise that we have been getting from the Best Sunshine CSR team has been phenomenal. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without you guys.”
