Two clients are in the process of finally having their own fully furnished Greenstay houses by the end of July. Skywalker Holdings Company will be opening this June 25 to all its distinguished clients.
“It well coincides with Greenstay’s original intention,” said SHC sales account manager Cyril Song. “After witnessing the destruction of houses brought by Typhoon Soudelor on Saipan, Skywalker Holdings dedicated time and effort to design a structure that could withstand the living conditions on the island.”
“Thus the Greenstay Project started. This project promotes typhoon- and earthquake-resistant, termite- and rust-proof structures that have the durability of up to 50 years,” added Song.
“We want to bring a more urban house design. Changing the way houses are built in the island and bring in carefree, comfortable, and constant houses which tailor to the unique weather in Saipan.”
Greenstay’s sales office is set to open on June 25. The office, open from 10am to 6pm, is located in Middle Road just across Shell gas station. Greenstay’s office will be fully opening to clients for signing the housing contract from June 25 to July 10.
Song said during the two-week opening, the first 50 Greenstay families who signed the Home Ownership Scheme during the first showcase are invited to sign the home purchasing contract.
“We have various gifts for our distinguished clients who sign the contract, such as neck massagers, beddings, lamps, etc.; we even prepared small toys for little children to show our sincere gratitude,” added Song.
In addition, Greenstay will be updating the status and progress on the entire house purchasing process for its first Greenstay family member on Facebook (CNMI Greenstay), folks are all welcome to follow Greenstay on Facebook to witness the evolution of the big Greenstay family.
