Skywalker Holdings Company will be opening its Greenstay Sales Office on June 25. The Greenstay Sales Office is located at the second floor of the green commercial building on Middle Road, across the Shell Gas Station and Pizza Hut.

The office time runs from 10am to 6pm every day. The Greenstay Sales Office will be fully opening to clients for signing housing contracts from June 25 to July 10. It’s time for your dream house to come true!

There are 221 families who have already signed the Home Ownership Scheme during the first showcase. Clients who are interested in purchasing houses are going to sign the house purchasing contract during the opening and in order to give thanks to the support of Greenstay, decorative gifts are all ready for those who sign the contract throughout the opening, according to Cyril, sales account manager of Skywalker Holdings. Existing clients from the first showcase and new clients are all respectfully invited.

“As for the Greenstay houses, we will only be issuing limited to 50 units for the Greenstay phrase I,” Cyril said.

For those who are really interested in the Greenstay houses but have not applied during the first showcase, Skywalker Holdings will be having a second Greenstay showcase for existing and potential clients. The first showcase took place in December 2015 at the Garapan Fishing Base. This upcoming showcase will feature its updated fully furnished three- and four-bedroom houses. The company hopes to see previous people from the very first showroom and new people who are curious about the Greenstay houses.

The Greenstay houses are extremely typhoon-resistant. Each house will be built with galvanized steel and concrete so each house is rust and earthquake proof. PU foam, which is also used, is on the walls and ceiling, which helps insulate making the house sound proof. The PU foams also used to absorbs moisture and prevents rust in its structure. Wood and plastic composite materials, including cement fiber boards, will also be used in the making of the house to account for the termite problem here on Saipan. The materials will not contain nutrients from real wood, making them termite-resistant.

For those interested in the Greenstay houses, email greenstay.cnmi@gmail.com or check out the company on its Facebook page.
