CUC sets emergency water service interruptions

The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. would like to inform the general public that there are emergency water service interruptions as follows:

Chalan Pale Arnold Road and Beach Road
Chalan Laulau customers in Chalan Pale Amold Road and Beach Road, Chalan Laulau, are experiencing an emergency water service interruptions due to a booster pump failure. The pump failure was discovered at 7pm on Tuesday, May 31, 2016. Water operations personnel are currently addressing the issue and repairs are anticipated to be completed today. Customers in the affected areas should expect restoration of services by tomorrow.

China Town and Navy Hill
Customers in China Town and Navy Hill are also experiencing an emergency water service interruptions resulting from two pump failures in the Sadog Tasi area.

Water operations personnel restored one of the wells Tuesday, May 3l , 2016, and are currently working on the repair of the second well. It is anticipated that the repair work on the second well will be completed yesterday and customers in the affected areas should expect restoration of services soon thereafter.
