BankPacific promotes Evaristo to SVP, credit administrator
Philip J. Flores, chairman and president of BankPacific, announced Byron Evaristo has been promoted to the position of senior vice president and credit administrator by the members the board of directors.
Prior to his promotion, Evaristo was in charge of the bank’s commercial and consumer lending functions. In his new position, Evaristo is now responsible for the bank’s system wide lending functions including consumer, auto, dealer paper, residential mortgage and commercial lending operations as well as related loan support functions and servicing operations.
“Byron is a knowledgeable and energetic member of our BankPacific Team,” said Flores. “He has a tremendous work ethic and the ability to quickly grasp technical detail. He has moved up through the bank quickly and we look forward to his contributions toward the continued success of BankPacific’s system-wide lending operations.”
Evaristo is a 2004 graduate of the University of Guam where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics. He joined BankPacific shortly after graduation.
He will be attending the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington this summer.
