Bordallo encourages support for Fr. Crisostomo for Lumen Christi Award
HAGÅTÑA, Guam—Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo, joined Guam’s religious and civic leaders in encouraging the community to support Fr. Michael Crisostomo’s nomination for the 2016 Lumen Christi Award from the Catholic Extension Society. The Lumen Christi Award is given to those who have demonstrated how the power of faith can transform lives and society. Pale’ Mike serves as the pastor of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Toto. In addition to his pastoral duties, Pale’ Mike has been recognized for his advocacy for crime victims. He has worked diligently to help build the Catholic Chuukese faith community in Guam. Pale’ Mike also directs the Micronesia Solutions program to help migrants who move to Guam with their transition.
