IT&E introduces online, paperless, and auto bill payment program
IT&E is officially releasing its completely new and redesigned “Easy Touch” online billing system for all of its customers. Customers will need to register their accounts at mybilling.ite.net to take advantage of this new system.
This new system will allow all customers to register for and use three separate features. First, customers can register for Online Billing which allows customers to check and pay their current bill, see previous bills, view their payment history, and see any adjustments that have been made to their account whenever and wherever it is convenient for them.
The second feature allows customers to have paperless billing, which means that they won’t have to wait for their bill to be delivered to them by mail. Instead, they can stop receiving the printed bills and view their bills online at any time. Third, customers may also register for IT&E’s Auto Pay service which allows IT&E customers to pay their bills each month using the customer’s chosen credit card without having to visit an IT&E Sales Center.
To reward its customers for registering in the “Easy Touch” system, IT&E is offering a $5 credit for every account registered in this system and an additional $5 credit for all customers who enroll in Auto Pay. These rewards are available to all customers who register within the first 90 days of the program.
As an additional reward to their loyal customers, during the first three months of this program, IT&E will hold weekly drawings for IT&E promotional items and there will be a monthly drawing for a 40” flat screen TV. All accounts that register for the “Easy Touch” service will automatically be entered into the drawings.
IT&E Product manager, Veronica Acosta, said “We know how busy our customers are these days and that sometimes it is inconvenient to visit an IT&E store or other authorized payment location to pay their bills in person. So, we have designed this system to be as easy to use and as convenient as possible. I am sure that once our customers try it; they are going to love it!”
