Pacifica Insurance donates $5K hole-in-one prize

In its ongoing efforts to support CNMI students and their educational goals, Pacifica Insurance recently presented a $5,000 hole-in-one prize for the upcoming 13th Annual NMC Foundation Open golf tournament scheduled for April 30, 2016.
The first lucky golfer who makes a hole-in-one at the Laolao Bay Golf and Resort’s hole No. 3 at the west course will win the $5,000 prize.
“We are proud of the longstanding partnership that our company has with the Northern Marianas College,” said Shirley Sablan, general manager of Pacifica Insurance. “We will continue to support the College and its efforts to advance higher education. I would like to also encourage other businesses in the community to donate to the NMC Foundation.”
The NMC Foundation is composed of individuals who are dedicated and committed to raising funds for the College’s programs and services. The golf tournament is the organization’s main fundraising event.
“Pacifica Insurance’s contribution and steadfast support throughout the years reflects the company’s commitment to providing educational opportunities for CNMI students,” said NMC Foundation president May Ayuyu.
The tournament will be held at the Laolao Bay Golf & Resort (west course) and will have six separate flight categories: Championship, A, B, C, Seniors, and Ladies.
The entrance fee is $100 per player. Payments for the entrance fee can be made at Laolao Bay Golf & Resort and the NMC Cashier.
