Voyagers rule Tuesday League after rout of Jokers Hustlers
The Jokers IT&E Voyagers hardly broke a sweat in claiming the Budweiser Open 8-Ball Tuesday League crown after a 9-1 rout of the Jokers Hustlers in last week’s finals.
Mark Butac and Brian Nelvis opened up the Voyagers’ title campaign by beating Rowel Mariano and Senen Pangilinan in the Partner’s 8-Ball.

Rowel Mariano scored the Hustlers’ lone victory when he halted Butac’s winning run in the second set of Singles 8-Ball matches.
Nelvis, on the other hand, sealed the Voyagers’ victory after beating Robert Sanciangco in the last Singles 8-Ball in the race-to-nine contest. The Voyagers and Hustlers renewed their rivalry in yesterday’s SBA Cup with the final results unavailable at press time.
