GCM to hold annual Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday
Grace Christian Ministries will hold its 5th Annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Kagman Community Center this Saturday, March 26, starting 9am.
Aside from the egg hunt, which are for kids ages 0-12 years old, there will also be a tambourine dance, mime presentation, puppet show, live music from Kagman youth worship team, and a message of hope from guest speaker from Rota, Melody Fredrick. Door prizes will be given all throughout the program.
Grace Christian Ministries has been in the island for 30 years spreading God’s love and hope to the different communities.
The donors for the golden egg winners and door prizes are from the U.S. mainland, Hawaii, and individuals and local businesses on the island.
Golden egg winner for 0-3 years old will receive a tricycle. Winners of the 4-8 years old and 9-12 years old categories will receive a basket full of groceries and school supplies.

‘Hairspray’ auditions extended
Friends of the Arts has extended auditions for ‘Hairspray” until the show is fully cast.
FOA needs about four more adults and six more students to complete the cast. All should come prepared to sing as well as read for the audition.

Transfer station, landfill open on March 24, closed on March 25
The Lower Base Transfer Station and the Marpi Landfill waste disposal facilities will be opened on Commonwealth Covenant Day, Thursday, March 24, 2016. However, in observance of Good Friday, March 25, 2016, both facilities will be closed all day.
