KagHS JROTC wins 4 trophies at Drill Meet

The CNMI Drill Competition was held at Marianas High School’s main campus last Feb. 26. All five CNMI JROTC high school battalions participated in this event.

There were over 150 cadets and 32 drill teams that battled it out to see who is the best of the best. The excitement and thrill was evident as the drill teams battled each other on the drill pads.

The eight categories of drill that were up for grabs are armed/unarmed color guard, armed/unarmed regulation, armed/ unarmed exhibition, and armed/unarmed inspection. Kagman High School JROTC did not take first place, but they managed to obtain four third place trophies at this event. The hard work and discipline of all five JROTC Battalions to get ready for such an event.
