Rocball league down to 6 teams

Four teams have been eliminated from this year’s Rocball league, leaving six squads to battle for the championship.

The six remaining teams are the Rebels, Roc Wid It, Block Magic, Nangka Namu, and the Veterans, while Teachers, McNastys, A-Team, and MXD were booted out after dropping their first three games

The Originals are unbeaten in three games, while the Rebels, Roc Wid It, Block Magic, Nangka Namu, and the Veterans have similar 2-1 records.

Meanwhile, in the only game played last week, the Veterans juiced out and eliminated MXD from competition with a 55-29 victory. There were 13 aces, 2 xunks, 6 kees, and 3 goals scored in that game. Alfredo Guevara of the Veterans was the game’s heavy hitter after tallying 13 points off 3 aces, 1 xunk, 1 kee, and a goal.

Meanwhile, three matches were scheduled this week with Block Magic set to duel Originals, Roc Wid It against Nangka Namu, and the Veterans versus the Rebels. (PR)
