US Attorney bags ESGR ‘Seven Seals Award’
U.S. Attorney Alicia A.G. Limtiaco, Districts of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands, received the “Seven Seals Award” from the Guam and Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Committee for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR).
This special award is given for significant achievement in promoting ESGR objectives over a sustained period of time and to honor and recognize employers who assist Guard and Reserve employees.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Districts of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands has Guard and Reserve employees in both the U.S. Army and Air Guard Reserves and active duty military who serve as Special Assistant U.S. Attorneys (SAUSAs). The U.S. Attorney’s Office offers support for service members who are protected by the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
ESGR recognized U.S. Attorney Limtiaco for playing a significant role in ensuring the success and growth of its program and ability to serve both service members and employers. First Assistant U.S. Attorney Belinda Alcantara received the award on behalf of U.S. Attorney Limtiaco at the Annual Employer Awards Ceremony held in April 2012 at the Guam Marriott Hotel. U.S. Attorney Limtiaco was attending the 2012 National Law Enforcement Training on Child Exploitation in Atlanta, Georgia. (PR)
