Little Red Book of Selling seminar on Feb. 18

The Saipan Chamber of Commerce and Island Training Solutions will host a seminar based on Jeffrey Gitomer’s Little Red Book of Selling on Feb. 18 at the Kanoa Resort.

The Little Red Book of Selling is a New York Times Best Seller and this, along with Gitomer’s 14 other books on sales, attitude, and customer service, has made Gitomer a desired speaker and advisor for Fortune 500 companies across the U.S. and Europe.

This class will focus on key aspects of sales that include networking, engaging and powerful questions, the 30-second commercial, attitude, preparation, and much more.

If you are telling yourself “ I already know that stuff” “ or “ I have told my sales team that 100 times,” let me ask you a question that might make you pause. “Are you or your sales team the master of these things?” No, then you are most likely losing sales to someone who is. This class will be just the catalyst and motivation to get you and your company on to sales excellence. The seminar will teach the skills needed to improve customer relationships that will want to make them buy from you, rather than you needing to sell to them.

This training is a must for anyone who has customers and has competitors. Whether you sell banquets and catering, print, radio or TV advertisement, insurance, wholesale of any kind, business telecommunications, computer, or cars. This is great for the new staff just on their first sales job or a 15-year veteran of sales. Everyone can benefit from this class.

There will be class discussion and exercises geared to get the participants to try new techniques for self-improvement and sales improvement. This class goes beyond just sales but incorporates Gitomer’s “no-nonsense” style and attitude with topic focused video feeds from Gitomer just for this seminar, with the seminar moderated by Jim Arenovski, Gitomer Certified Advisors (GCA).

GCAs are personally trained by Gitomer and authorized to teach and present his content. Arenovski has not only been trained by Gitomer personally, but also recently became one of only a few elite trainers who have gone through Gitomer’s advanced training.

The class will be held Thursday, Feb. 18, from 8am though 4pm. The seminar includes breakfast and lunch and a copy of Gitomer’s Little Red Book of Selling. It costs $349 per person for Saipan Chamber of Commerce or $449 for non-members. Seats are limited and reservations are required.
