CUC: temporary power interruption for CK, Susupe

Commonwealth Utilities Corp. customers in sections of Chalan Kanoa and Susupe will experience a temporary power interruption this weekend as linemen strengthen a portion of the transmission and distribution infrastructure along the Kiya 4 feeder.

On Saturday, Feb. 6, CUC will temporarily interrupt power at 8:30am to Jesus St., Delgadina St., Jacinto Ave., Luis St., Lucia St., Enrique St. Pedro Ln., Olympio Ave., Dionicio Ave., Dolores St., Monica St., Elphidia St., Francisco St., Chalan Kanoa Dr., Carmen Av., Barbara Av., Bernardo St., Brigida St., Sister Remedios School, Mt. Carmel School, Mt. Carmel Cathedral, and the MSV Bldg. 1 in Chalan Kanoa while linemen relocate a primary power pole on Enrique St.

At the same time, CUC will temporarily interrupt power to Tekken St., Nauru Lp., Pisao Pl., Nasa Pl., Chalan Hagoi, Lulai Way, Chinchulu Ave., Tramoha Ave., Pachinko Ave., Tokcha Ave., Talaya Ave., Traba Pl., Texas Rd., Kotdet Pl. and Saipan Community Church in Susupe while linemen install a power pole near Tasi Homes.

Work on the projects will be completed by 2:30pm, at which time power will be restored to the affected areas.
