The Northern Marianas Protection & Advocacy Systems, Inc.is a private non-profit organization receiving federal funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Education and the Social Security Administration, providing Protection & Advocacy (P&A) services.

Services provided by NMPASI:
A. Information and Referral
Anyone with questions about disabilities, or issues surrounding them can contact us for assistance and referral.
B. Direct Client Representation
Investigation, negotiations, mediations and litigation services who meet eligibility criteria.
C. Technical Assistance
We conduct American’s with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) review for anyone in the CNMI.
D. Training and Education
Any group who wants education on disability rights, IDEA, ADA, or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act can contact us for training.
