Saipan Community School is lauding its students who participated and won during the National Junior Speech and Debate Association competition held last Jan. 23 at the Dandan Middle School.
The winners are the following:

James Park & Shania Lee (7th grade) Duo B – 1st Place

James Park – Poetry Masters C – 2nd Place

Shaina Lee – Prose Masters D – 2nd Place

Kate Ishida (8th grade) – Humorous Interpretation – 1st Place and Original Oratory – 1st Place

Esther Park (8th grade) – Storyteling B – 1st Place & Prose Masters C – 2nd Place

Maxine Rabago (7th grade) – Original Oratory – 2nd Place & Impromptu D – 3rd Place

Jeffrey Seo (8th grade) – Impromptu C – 1st Place & Poetry Masters C – 5th Place

Seung Jin Paik (6th grade) – Prose Masters A 3rd place

Vinson Bacani (7th grade) – Poetry Masters C – 4th place

Moon Zeng (6th grade) – Impromptu A – 2nd place & Poetry Masters A – 5th place

Paul Ham (6th grade) – Impromptu B – 2nd place

Tina Zhen (6th grade) – Impromptu B – 3rd Place

Seung Won Lee (6th grade) – Storytelling A – 5th place

Ye Lee Cha (8th grade) – Storytelling B – 3rd place & Prose Masters C – 5th place

Mark Nam (7th grade) – Storytelling B – 4th place
