Fiesta holds gala masquerade party for staff

Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan held its annual Employees’ Appreciation party last Jan. 14, at its Hibiscus Hall with a gala masquerade theme. Over 200 employees attended in their masquerade attire, one can hardly be recognized behind the glittering mask.
Abner Acosta, Fiesta Resort general manager, and his management team seized the evening as an opportunity to express their profound gratitude for the dedication and exertion Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan employees have shown.
“As a team, we have persevered together to overcome obstacles and to meet difficult deadlines. Without a doubt, Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan has had its best year in decades.” The regular employees from manpower agencies were also acknowledged for being a part of Fiesta Resort’s winning team. “It is through your hard work and dedication that we are a great company today! We thank each one of you for the fantastic job that you do every day!”
A slide show of improvements made before and after Typhoon Souldelor was presented by Acosta and commented that tremendous effort that each and every employee has extended was obvious. Also presented was a slide show of upcoming improvements for Fiesta Resort in 2016.
The awarding of the annual achiever’s awards for 2015 was announced and each winner was awarded a cash prize and presented a Certificate of Recognition in their respective categories. Top 25 volunteers for 2015 were also announced and were presented with a certificate of volunteerism and a cash prize.
The employees were treated to a delectable dinner while listening to the music of the Barabas band. Fun games, fabulous prizes, and entertainment by some of Fiesta Resort’s department highlighted the evening.
The event came to an end at 10:30 in the evening with each employee leaving with smiling faces and looking forward to another annual Employee’s Appreciation Party. (PR)
