Passport applications only for PH mobile mission on Jan. 12-15
The Philippine Consulate General in Guam will be having their first mobile consular mission of the year next week.
According to Philippine Honorary Consul Glicerio Arago, the mobile mission will take place from Jan. 12 to 15 at the Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe.
Unlike past missions, the team from Guam will only be processing passport applications this month.
Over the four-day mission, only up to 400 passport applications will be processed due to the capacity limits of their passport processing equipment
Prior to the mission, Arago said they will be conducting a registration at the TSL Plaza parking lot on Sunday, Jan. 10 from 9am to 3pm.
Those who are able to register will be assigned a specific date and time slot. The PCG reminds those who will register to appear during their scheduled processing time or their slots will be cancelled and will have to register again for the next mobile consular outreach.
The following are the requirements for the renewal of green-colored Philppine passports: accomplished ePassport Application form, photocopy of data page of passport, original passport, and payment of ePassport Fee ($60).
For brown or maroon-colored passports, applicants should also bring a photocopy of their birth certificate in addition to the above mentioned requirements.
For lost passports, applicants should also provide a police report and a notarized affidavit of loss ($25) along with the requirements and would have to pay a Lost Passport Fee of $90 for the green or maroon passport or $150 for the ePassport.
