Navy awards contract for A&E services in Pacific

JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM—Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific has awarded Moffatt & Nichol in Honolulu, Hawaii, a maximum amount $20 million indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract for architect-engineer services.

The work to be performed provides for the design and engineering services for structural projects in locations predominantly throughout the Pacific. Majority of the work will take place in, but not limited to, Guam, Hawaii and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Some of the work includes execution and delivery of engineering studies; Department of Defense plans, specifications, and cost estimates; functional analysis concept development; as-built drawings; and post-construction award services.

The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of December 2020. No task orders are being issued at this time. This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website with one proposal received. (USN)
