The man accused of burglarizing the Domestic Violence Intervention Office on Capital Hill may change his plea of not guilty of the charges.

Franklin C. Crisostomo Jr., 35, through counsel, and assistant attorney general Heather Barcinas have notified the Superior Court about ongoing negotiations for plea agreement.

Associate Judge David A. Wiseman ordered Crisostomo on Tuesday to appear in court for a change of plea hearing on Jan. 13, 2016.

Wiseman warned Crisostomo that if he fails to appear at the scheduled change of plea hearing, a bench warrant will be issued for his arrest.

The Office of the Attorney General charged Crisostomo with burglary and theft.

According to Barcinas, Crisostomo burglarized the Domestic Violence Intervention Office on Capital Hill on Sept. 15, 2015.

Barcinas said the suspect stole a Toshiba television, Acer desktop computer, Lenovo laptop with bag, several Family Violence plastic bags, and family violence task force bags.
