Free Bible program open to the public
The public is invited to attend a one-day program of Bible instruction to be held on Sunday, Nov. 22, at the Taga Hall of the Saipan World Resort. Admission is free and no collections will be taken. The program will begin at 9:40am and end at 4pm.
More than 300 are expected to be in attendance for this event, which is hosted by Jehovah’s Witnesses. The assembly theme is “Imitate Their Faith,” a quotation found in the Bible at Hebrews 3:7. Throughout the day there will be talks, interviews, and demonstrations to show how people today can benefit by following the example of faithful men and women that we read about in the Bible.
For instance, scheduled for 10:15am is a talk titled, “Imitate the Endurance of the Prophets.” Later, at 2pm there will be a part especially for younger ones in attendance, “Youths: Become an Example to the Faithful Ones.” That will be followed by information that should interest female members of the audience, “Imitate Holy Women of the Past.”
Everyone is invited to attend this encouraging program. The entire program will be presented in English and interpreted into ASL, with certain portions interpreted into Chinese.
Regular meetings for worship are held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Saipan. To get there, take Middle Road and then turn onto the road next to Bali Fashion.
